8 inches (aprox.) by 4.5 inches deep from formed slumped vase.  Initially, the layer of turquoise and clear glass are cut into a circular form and then split to create a channel that was filled with black and clear glass frit.  This was all deeply fused into a single piece of glass.  This was then place over a metal cup and fired again for a shorter period to allw the glass to slump into a freely formed vase shape.
